Tamale Aboabo

I stopped by for some light soup and banku. The taste was okay but the wait time was honestly frustrating. Sat for nearly an hour before the food arrived. The staff are polite but they clearly need more hands in the kitchen during peak hours. Nice atmosphere though, it's a decent place for a family outing if you aren't in a hurry.

Very disappointed today. My fufu was cold and the soup was overly salty. Usually they are much better than this. I hope management looks into the kitchen quality control.

Nice spot, quick service, good food. The jollof rice had that authentic smoky flavor I really appreciate.

Had a lovely date night here. The waakye was delicious and the staff were very attentive throughout the night. It is a great addition to the neighborhood.

We ordered fried rice and bbq for a birthday celebration. The portion sizes were quite generous and everyone enjoyed the meal. It is a reliable spot in Tamale Central when you want consistent quality across the menu. We will be back soon.

Chale, the grilled chicken here is top tier! Best I have had in Tamale for a long time. Everything was fresh and the spice level was just perfect for me. Definitely coming back with the boys next weekend.

The tuo zaafi here hits differently! Very authentic and the soup was rich. It is a good place to enjoy a solid local meal in a relaxed environment.
