Heavy Rice Restaurant

I stopped by with my sister and the groundnut soup with fufu was properly done. The staff were welcoming, and the place had a nice busy local-food atmosphere. Ebi tasty, charley.

The food was tasty, especially the waakye and plantain, and the serving was satisfying. My only issue was the wait; takeaway took longer than I expected, and the counter got a bit disorganised during the rush. Still, the staff were respectful and the meal was fresh. I would recommend it, but make you order early if you are in a hurry.

Jollof was fire! Quick service and a very satisfying portion. Will definitely be back.

Heavy Rice is a solid spot in Kwashieman. I went there after work and ordered fried rice with tilapia. The fish was well seasoned and nicely fried, while the rice was fresh and filling. My order came out faster than expected, and the attendant was polite even though the place was quite busy. Seating is simple, but it is clean and comfortable enough for a casual meal. I will return to try the light soup next time.
